We use Xero for all bookkeeping — it's included in every package and we handle the setup. You only need to log in occasionally to check your figures. We'll show you everything you need to know.

Making Tax Digital (MTD) is HMRC's initiative requiring digital record keeping and digital submissions. We handle all MTD compliance as part of our bookkeeping packages — you don't need to worry about it.

Yes. Our packages are designed to flex as your business grows. We ask for a 3-month minimum so we can do things properly, after which you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with notice.

Absolutely — you'd be surprised how common this is. We offer a historical clean-up service starting from £200. Just let us know how far back things need sorting and we'll give you a clear quote.

Every client gets their own secure portal to see work logs, view invoices, and message us directly. You set a password when you sign up, and we send you the link. It works in any browser — no app needed.

Hourly rates require a minimum of 3 hours per session and a 3-month rolling contract. You're invoiced for actual time used, tracked transparently in your portal.
